Beard Papa's cream puffs and I still need to improve on my cream puff-making skills but this is how it turned out :p
My aunt owns a bakery and I used to help her make these cream puffs. I still have her pastry recipe but I've somehow lost her custard/cream filling recipe :( So I'm in search for a good one. Care to share yours? :P
