Cute Clay Items

I got some cute little fun things in the mail this week! :3
These were all handmade by Vanessa from It's Clay.
I was so excited when I opened up the package! Thank you so much for the gifts, Vanessa! :3

Her clay earrings and charms came all packaged like this.

These pink bow earrings are so pretty! I wore them out today ;)

She also gave me a mint chocolate cupcake and peas in a pod charms! :P So adorable! <3

Vanessa also gave me more extra goodies! :P A lollipop foot-scrub! hahahhaha! Soooo adorable!

DIY Organizer

Materials:

Cork Board

Screw Hooks

Push Pins/Thumb Tacks

Decorations/Appliques of your choice!

Instructions:

Take your hooks/thumb tacks and push it into the cork board. I think its better than puncturing your walls. :P

You can hang your stuff onto the hooks like this. I put my keys, hair-scrunchie and phone charms on the hooks as an example. :P

Or you can use it to organize your jewelry. I added my necklaces here. :3

Or you can use push pins/thumb tacks to pin on more chunky pieces of jewelry straight onto the cork board. I like how placement is flexible and not permanent; Very easy to change. :)

For smaller items (earrings and hair clip), I used a tack to secure some ribbon and a flower (just for decoration) onto the cork board.

Thinner ribbon and different flower. :3

So I'm supposed to find seven green (color picked by Asami-tagger) items and explain why I chose them :) How fun!

1. Jade Bracelet. One of my hobbies is crafting :) I've recently been really into fancy/Chinese knots ;)

2. Green lunch box. I usually get grumpy when I'm hungry so this is pretty useful for me (and others around me). I have this exact lunch set in green :)

3.Green Glitter! This was a gift from my friend :) Extra sparkles are always nice to have :)
4. I also like Tinkerbelle... Does she count? :P

5. Green Tea! I'm up to trying anything that is green-tea flavored (drinks, ice-cream, mochi, etc.). Tasty.

6. I like this "Cucumber Melon" Scent from Bath and Body Works. Most of the scents I wear always have some sort of fruity smell to them :)

7. I don't own very many green-colored items so this is the last item I'm going to include :P My very first pair of pliers :) Guess it counts because it has green handles :)

Okay, so I guess it is my turn to choose the color and seven other friends to tag! :)

I've been wanting to post this earlier, but better late than never right? :P

I have so many favorite jewelry items but here is a picture of one of my favorite jewelry pieces. :) It is a crystal key pendent with a heart-shaped theme? on a thick chain. I like how you can use either clasp depending on whether you want to wear the chain shorter or longer ;)


I bought it from a random thrift store. It was quite cheap actually...
So that's one of the main reasons why it is my favorite: a pretty item for a great price! I had to dig amongst all the other weird things they had for sale in that thrift shop and so when I first laid my eyes on it, it felt like I had found hidden treasure... :P hahaha!
