I made some Somosas for Dinner Today

Nommy...

I used the recipe for the dough from here.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons water

I just made my own filling though.
Inside there is potato, ground beef, carrot bits, and peas. :3

I never tried samosas...ever! but this looks too easy and delicious not to try! I'll skip the ground beef since I'm not a fan and trying to stay away from meat. =P
